Engaging place to think over your life goals
Alexey K
Russia, Graduate
, 2019
Overall
It was a very exciting time that gave me a great push to rethink over my life priorities and make changes for the better life. While studying in UNI Graz I got many new contacts both with professors and students, I could have a look at a new stydy model that was opposite to that I got used when I studied in Russia. And it was the main reason for me to turn my study vector to new perspectives that based on new way of achieving my purposes. For sure the study atmosphere with completely new principles of behaving at classes, both professors and students, influenced my results and motivation to continue study abroad. To summorize I want to say if you have opportunity to visit UNI Graz and study there, do not stop, just go there and start.

Visit Vienna, because it's very beautifull! I stayed in Graz during the winter, but I think it would be better during the spring...

Try and learn the language. You will find that the dialect is a lot different from classromm German, but it is worth the effort.

Graz is a good base for traveling - Vienna, Prague, Budapest, Zagreb, Italy and Germany are all within easy reach. You need to register your accommodation as soon as you arrive, but that is really easy to do - just print a form off, fill it in and get it registered!
