Well, there were many courses conducted in English. I guess it was because i major in English Literature. Also, i had no difficulty in everyday life because people in germany seem to be fluent in English, especially students. So in restaurants, clubs, and classes, it had no problem. Nonetheless, there were a few cases in which i had to speak only German and at that time, i struggled a bit. I chose to study in Germany to learn German that i took some courses in German at the university and i also attended extra german course in an institution. Now, i guess my german became a lot better.

on campus, it was not a prob to me at all, which language i use, english or german. most of the german students speak very good english. in social and community life, english also works but i'd prefer to speak german, which makes it easier for me to get envolved

En los primeros meses fue bastante dificil, la mayoria de las veces haciamos sen/as o usabamos palabras del ingles, frances, espan/ol u otras lenguas, ahora es mucho mas facil, e incluso nos damos cuenta cuando cmetemos alguna falta.

Of course one feels limited by the foreign language. My own contributions in class would have been more vivid, had my german been better. As it is, I've done well enough, but had been able to perform better if in another language.

found it very difficult to improve language skills as ,munich is such an international city and people were very keen to speak english to me. perhaps should have tried to get to know more locals.

Already before I went to Germany I had a good knowledge of the German language, since I had studied Gearman as a Foreighn Language for teachers at my home university in Gdañsk and before my study at LM university I worked as a Au-pair in a german family in Munich. Therefore I didn't experience any difficulties during my stay. I consider, my everyday language has improved and become more varied.
