Final comments
Royal Holloway feels very far from London, I lived an hour travel away and got sick of travelling after a while. London is fantastic when you have some money for it. Take advantage of cheap flights to other parts of the UK and Europe

As I lived in London there is an endless list of things to do on any night. Weekend nightlife at the university is dead, in the week it is ok.

Student housing is good if you manage to get it on the main campus, if you get away from the main campus (Kingswood) I would try to find a flat instead.
