I faced ongoing stigma and psychological abuse which was always met with a complete utter refusal to stop or change it. I had NO option to report it because the woman was a conflict of interest with my professor and shouldn't have taken the complaint in the first place due to having a project planned with her about race inclusion. They gave me no option to bring my concerns forward.

They punished me severely for coming forward due to the conflicts of interests including threatening me with a lawsuit, suspending me, expelling me, holding my transcripts until 2099, and not allowing me back until I reapply. I personally feel like they have done NOTHING to resolve this case and should at the very LEAST compromise and allow me to come back to the school without having to pay the application fee or wait to see IF I can get in or NOT. I personally feel like they are only creating barriers for me that are impossible to overcome because they know that I am living in poverty and I cannot overcome them.

This school doesn't care about their students. They only want to distroy them until they don't want to live anymore. Students who have been chucked away to their own death to be abused without resources after never breaking a rule shouldn't have to pay and wait to see IF they can come back to school or IF they CAN'T.

Opening up about the psychological abuse and stigma on campus has rules including that you must endure the following:

1) Ongoing harassment
2) Threats of lawsuits
3) Privacy breeches
4) Conflict of interests
5) Having your rights violated
6) Suspension
7) Probation
8) Expulsion
9) Transcripts held until 2099
10) Needing to pay and wait to reapply just to create a barrier and opress me even more

They are silencing me for their reputation to make money and they are making me pay to get back in after chucking me away like a bag of trash to make MORE MOENY. They only care about money!!!! They will do anything to get it.

Professors and researchers weaponize their publications and research to target identifiable groups to escalate abuse, hate and harm towards them. They use victims case details without their consent or knowledge and publish it. They state that victims who combat online hate deserve to be denied access to power and resources. Their publications are not credible or trustworthy. They weaponize them to willfully promote hatred towards equity seeking groups to abuse, dehumanize, and harm them and their families.

It is crucial that the professionals all working together in their sketchy conflict of interest agreements do the following:

1) Stop sharing my case details prior to the tribunal and trial without my consent. It's clear that all you want to do is cause more harm.
2) Stop speculating by creating disinformation and hate when you have never provided me with the opportunity to defend the case or provide evidence
3) Stop escalating the promotion of hatred
4) Use the intersectional analysis including religious practices including psychic gifts and reading instead of creating moral panic about air tags to escalate hate
5) Update your knowledge about mental health stigma instead of willfully promoting hatred by false stereotyping about how people with mental health disorders are dangerous threats
6) Don't give fake supports to feel better about the harm you continue to cause. Instead update your knowledge about religions that do psychic readings opposed to creating moral panic about AirTags and update your knowledge about mental health stigma to realize the only dangers and threats are the professionals who refuse to stop escalating the harm and abuse.
7)Please overcome your cultural amnesia to create a culture shift in your participation of the promotion of hatred

The old president Robert was the type of dude who would have a tantrum and call McInnis Cooper and order "A University suspension with extra intimidation and threats" for me instead of getting to know me due to sharing my story about facing psychological abuse and stigma at your campus instead of actually dealing with the issues. He simply didn't care about me, my potential or future regardless of how traumatic the process was. I was always viewed as a disposable trash bag by him and never anything more than that. He refused to put any effort into resolving this case to try to find a solution because he knew he could just pay McInnis Cooper to cover it up for him so he didn't need to think about it.

Now is the time to make a difference in my life because Robert wasn't willing to be that type of president. I firmly believe that you are the perfect person to do this because you care about diversity, equity, and inclusion. You are a hard worker and you see the potential in students. There is no need to continue Robert's legacy of punishing me nearly to death over and over so he can maintain his reputation and business sales. It's too weird. I have dreams, goals and potential as a young woman. I need therapy and treatment and not punishments.

Now is the time to move forward together as people and not farther apart with about 15 lawyers on my side and a large group on your side. There is no need to have lawyers and courts involved so please just stop Robert's legacy that he stated for no valid reason and ditch the lawyers and courts and move forward. Come on now lets leave old Roberts issues behind and I urge you to move forward with this case and conflict.

There is no need to punish me for Roberts issues and problems.

Your punishments are so abusive, inhumane and sickening that students don't want to live. They try to kill themselves to get away from your abuse of power and refusal to follow the rules. Students take 180 sleeping pills to try and kill themselves to get away from your abusive and inhumane punishments and refusal to follow their rights. Stop pressuring students to kill themselves with your inhumane and sick punishments it is awful to witness.

You should be criminally held accountable if students act on suicide plans and/or die from you punishing them too much.

Stop sitting cozy while you refuse to make therapy payments for mentally ill students who don't want to live and go make them.

Just because you can abuse your power doesn't mean you should.

Young adults shouldn't consider getting MAiD to end their lives for their disabilities because your punishments are too severe for them to handle.

Stop punishing students and give them therapy instead please.
