Great but expensive experience. Inflexible administration and almost impossible to get accommodation. Interesting courses, beautiful country, city with a lot of facilities (cultural, etc)

Take warm clothes, eat like the Swedes do (cheaper) an plan your shopping (cheaper). Check if you really need a SL-kort, maybe you can save 400 kronor a month!
Si j'y retournais je choisirais: Appartement/maison

The dorms are a bit far from central stockholm, and I'd rather live closer to downtown.

While studying at the University, Lappis is the ideal (if not only!) place to live. Large rooms, private toilet and shower, and large common space for your corridor-mates (14 per hall) to share. Cheap and VERY close to the university. If only they were a little closer to the tunnelbana (subway) too...

Univerity parties, Gulla Villan, Corridor parties. Out of the campus you need a lot of money. Look for last minute boats to Finland it´s a party-boat and it´s not so expensive
