Netherlands is Hell, but the Haagse Hogeschool (The Hague University) is the Devils kitchen. Unless, you go there for the "Study of Life", do not go. Just... don't.

If you happen to end up in the Hague and there is nothing you can do about it, and the dutch take advantage of you, which they will, take advantage of their laws, i.e. e.g. create a student association and employ yourself - because the dutch business model requires international organisations to establish themselves there, you can simply create one, apply for a grant -open ended, but depends on how well you can justify, e.g. up to 50K EUR for festivals or else- also then, you are employed and pay yourself with that grant first and then, since you are employed you have access to even more grants in holland, such as reduced housing, tuition, travelling costs etc.

the courses are diverse and help you gain a lot of knowledge of the business world in its entirety. The teachers  are well versed in there fields. International business management is however one of the only courses that is taught in English so it might get a bit intimidating to start conversations but if you make the first step it usually works out.

I guess it has been better to accomondate their students and the uni is not bad, they have lower level of teaching than at my uni in sweden so you can read 150%, And they have different wiev of their learning so you will get new and very usefull info for your studdies. And the city of Haague is wonderful and very international, so yes, I can recomend it

They are very interesting in your money keep good relations with your home university so you have a good backup if something happening, they placed us in a ghetto the police told us that we should never go out alone after dark and acctually one police told me "-hey you have to get a gun" (I never did so but it was a very ruff neighbourhood) The best experience was to live together with the international students and together worked out the problems of our bad locations In the house it was 10 different nationalities from all continents, so it was very interesting in the cultural mix this situation created, but don't sign any papers before you have seen the place they offer you to stay in.

If you are very active, the social life in The Hague is quite good with a lot of organizations you can join. The school is alright and the quality of the teacher is decent.

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
I lived with a small group of international students from the university. Therefore we developed a much closer bond than if I had lived with a large number of students on campus. Also, living with a family would not have allowed me to develop a deep awareness/understanding of a variety of cultures.

Personal comments
The house I was placed in was quite a distance from the university compared to other forms of residence. However, it was in a very nice, safe suburb next to the beach, which made it a very positive experience. The cost of the housing was quite expensive in comparison to what local students were paying. My room was also quite small for the price I paid. However, the facilities were good and I developed close bonds with the people I lived with.
