150 euros per month is a very good price, in a good area, with direct subway line to the city centre, but can be cold in the winter because there is no central heating in the flat.
Most exchange students live in the city, nearly nobody on Campus. Advantages of campus: you get to know Spanish students and it is one of the most economic housings you can find
