Club-wise, I think that the Room, Weekend, Mundo, and D&B nights have the best energy. In Lavapies, there are some good cafes down C/Argumosa, and in Chueca too-so check 'em out.

In London, which is one of the most expensive cities in the world, things like food, drinking amd travel cost qutie a bit and continue to rise. The pound is very strong and exchanges for a decent amount in the host country.
