It was a great experience, rich in several aspects: language, culture, travelling and social life. I integrate an international community of young people. People in Madrid are open-minded and out-going, there are so many places to go that I do not known which one is the best: Pacha, Ananda, Lateral, el Retiro...

Housing
Type of housing: with flatmates
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: with flatmates
Why?
It was a great experience. I learnt how to share things and pleasent moments with foreign people of my age. It was I multicultural experience that I repeat at the moment in France, my second host country (because I am Italian)

Academic
Course recommendations
I would say that they should offer more language courses because they focus really well on economics subjects and it is a pity that they do not do the same for English,French, Italian courses

Final comments
I think that you can learn a lot with such experiences, I am used to live abroad (Tokyo,Paris,Catania,Monte-Carlo...)but I think that Spain is a very rich country in terms of culture and social life. My advice is to be brave and go abroad, is the best way to learn a language, to be independent, to understand how to do business with foreigners.
