Go to Madrid if you like, it´s a great city but I can´t really recomend this university. Go to a public university where the academic standard is higher and people are more openminded.

Final comments
If you want to travel in Spain, Madrid is ideal because from here you can reach every place easily. Travel by bus, it´s a lot cheaper and more comfortable than travel by train.
