How good it was going to be so not to book return flights at christmas/easter!

A great place to improve your spanish, a highly regarded academic institution. Excellent way to investigate another culture because you can meet so many people and experience life in parallel to your own university in at home. Teaching and course content is of high standard. Options for courses are varied and interesting. There is the opportunity to get involve in clubs and activities within the university as well.

Don't put too much emphasis on study so that it stops you from getting out there. Mixing with people and exploring your surrounding is also very important. Take a few trips out during the time you have, I went to Madrid, Salamanca and Barcelona and loved all three places. Had a great time! Oh, just beware of pickpockets. Sort out a doctor as soon as possible. You never know what can happen and getting to see someone when something does can involve a lot of waiting, i.e. days. Other than that, go for it! Enjoy yourselves and be safe!

There is the opportunity to get involved in clubs and activities within the university as well.

I will say that you have to be aware of pickpockets there but don’t let that spoil it. Sort out a doctor as soon as possible. La universidad cuenta con instalaciones adecuadas para las necesidades de los alumnos y renueva aquellas que se quedan obsoletas o incluso incorporan mejoras. El profesorado está compuesto por profesionales que dominan la materia que imparten y saben impulsar el aprendizaje del alumno. Además, en la universidad ofrecen muchas actividades extracurriculares relacionadas con la psicología (seminarios, congresos, cursos...), pero también con el ocio y el deporte.

A little bit more about the classes. The library facilities are not great but most classes dont require a lot of research anyway and only rely on one textbook.

The city is lovely and not at all as industrial as many people would have you believe. It is very safe and the University is beautiful. The beach is relatively close as well. The nightlife is great and the Uni organised an Erasmus night every Thursday which was always packed and really great fun. Normally, people only really go out on the weekends because they generally stay out until 5 or 6 i the morning but there were always people out having a drink during the week.

It is easy to get a job teaching English if you so choose and the University was very good in offering information on these types of jobs. Bar work is also a possibility but the hours are very long.

Small campus. Courses encourage students to develop critical thinking and knowladge to develop the learnings and skills that the program aims to teach. The multidisciplinary approach of the program allows to gain a broad understanding of the global scenario and the past, present and possible trends from an economic, legal, social and politic point of view.

Law and economics ok, ´filosofia y letras´: a lot to improve, but I´m sure they´re working on it.

Even though this report might not sound all to positive.. Just do it, you learn the same or maybe even more from negative experiences. I´m not saying that overall it was a negative experience, but some thing just weren´t as good as I expected. There´s always differences with your home uni.
