granada is a happening town, there are tons of bars and pubs and the tapas are great. calle elvira is a fun street with lots of good dance spots. also, the albaycin neighborhood is cool and has great falafel places.

Spanish is my mother tongue so I had no problems. I had to spend the second semester of my year abroad in Spain because my home university is in Scotland and I am doing Spanish as part of my course... I had no choice.

Sharing a flat with other (exchange) students is the best thing to do when going abroad because: 1. one gets to know new people easily 2. one is forced to speak a foreign language 3. one gains new cultural experiences
