Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
It was a great experience living with different kinds of people, from different countries, an experience really everyone should make.Learning about other cultures, accepting them, etc.The contact was really close, and the studying of the language became really easy that way!

Personal comments
The alhambra, of course, and the sight of it at the Mirador de san nicolas! incredible! the cinema "granada 10", which becomes night club after the movie-time, has an opera-style interior, golden sofas, and you can have your drink while looking at the film (it really doesn't matter what film you see at this cinema, the location itself is worth a visit! la taberna, a little cafe, best tapas in town (although i think they changed them now, but still..)the street with the "teterías", where you can have your tea in oriental atmoshpere while smoking an waterpipe. la plaza nueva, watch out for hundreds of students doing the traditional "botellón", a kind of "get-your-botlle-and drink-in-the-streets-socializing-event" every thursday, friday and saturday night..great experience...and so much more..

Final comments
Don't be afraid to go to Granada without having fixed where you will live. it is very easy to find an accomodation! People will help you if you are lost. Don't let the gipsy women read your hand, near the cathedral, they'll ask for money afterwards.

The beginning was sometimes harsh, the andalusian accent is not the easiest one, but in the end it was pretty good!
