Try to make it easier for international students to get to know spanish students. We didn't really follow a class, and we didn't get information on the social arrangements that was arranges at the university. An e-mail with information every week on what was going on would be helpful.

The international office is open only a few hours every day, something that is a bit annoying if you are not studying in the center. Arrange for accomodation your self. I stayed at a Hostal the first two weeks, and used the local newspaper, to find an appartment.

I chose to study in Spain, because I had lived there earlier learning spanish, and I saw it as a possibility to go back and improve and practise my spanish. That was also the reason why I chose to arrange with accomodation for my self. The first time I lived in Spain I lived with international student, and I spoke english a lot. This time I wanted to speak spanish and get to know the spanish culture more profoundly.
