After some difficulties in the beginning and the first month I felt like at home; I really enjoyed learn and speak Spanish and I loved always learning new worlds and experssions

Because we usually mixed with other Erasmus students rather than local students: meant that we would often copy each others' mistakes in Spanish, errors would go uncorrected. Ultimately, I learnt more Spanish working in Spain the year after I graduated.

it is said that in Valladolid they speak the best Castellano in Spain. People speak very clearly and pronounce each word and thus are easy to understand

At the end of the year I found my Spanish had improved greatly, mostly thanks to my tandem partner, which is also a great way to get to know the locals

No problems at all. I am a Masters student in Spanish. I've traveled abroad before and also live on the border between the U.S. and Mexico.
