My favourite bar had to be El Desierto Rojo, another good one is La Negra Flor. The discoteca Asklepios was very popular with the Erasmus students

Everything was a lot cheaper in Valladolid, and the exchange rate worked in my favour too

Final comments
Ryanair fly directly from London Stansted to Valladolid, cheap and handy. Local students are friendly and helpful but don't really go out of their way to make friends with you, all my friends, bar a few, were other foreign students
