Quote of my main professor after I just arrived in the country and just started my language course:
" You don't speak my language ...you don't understand my culture!
You don't understand my culture ... you can not do architecture in my country!"
I guess that explains it all. I didn't expect my naitive language, but the international language of design ... ENGLISH? I just started to learn the local language, shall I know all the termenology straight away?
On top of that did my uni not arrange a course. We found out about it by accident ... it happened at another uni. But just a few days before the lady in charge told us there wouldn't be one. So we missed the first 3 lessons.
