Overall
Ferrara's University is actually the best of Design in Italy, with the highest scores of the neo-graduated students and best outcomes of projects and ideas. It's very tough, you learn a lot by yourself. Classes are full of 120 students, but the teachers are few comparing to them. Although the University offers a lot of opportunities through Erasmus and covers a lot of possibilities.

The course provides you with a really deep knowledge of scientific methods to be applied to humanities. Professors are really active in teaching and researching. Life is easy in the town, but there is no campus for this department, which is divided in different buildings around the city.

Ferrara is not a very big city, and so also the University is not big but it's well organized and it gives you all the tools to build the basis of your work life.
The teachers are prepared and you have the possibility to do some experience in different laboratories

I had the chance to attend the best English and German classes thanks to the amazing Professors who work in this University. Since I got my bachelor degree in another city and therefore in another university, I was very worried that my knowledge and assets would have not been enough to start with the right foot. I am a hardworking person but I would have never had such a flawless experience without the help and support of the Professors. They helped me catch up with the program and supported me on a personal level as well.
