buy/collect the "petit paumé", very practical guide in all fields (activities). buy campus-card for public transport. open french bank-account, buy mobile phone. get "carte 12-25" for travelling reductions. and:! be prepared for looong waiting lines and very complicate bureaucracy! last but not least: be prepared for a fantastic stay with fun, friends, sports, bear ... and studies..

Formation divisée en deux parties : la data science et le numérique. Je suis dans le cas où le numérique ne m'intéresse pas et il n'y a pas de choix d'option malheureusement.
La formation manque selon moi de cas pratiques ou de choix de spécialité. Au delà de mon opinion, la formation est très poussée et assez générale pour avoir un nombre de débouchées bien supérieure à toutes les autres filières.

Bonne école d'ingénieure qui permet d'accéder aux nombreux métiers de la data. Les cours sont très théoriques et certains vraiment compliqués et peuvent paraître imbuvables. D'autres cours sont très intéressant et plus concrets mais ils sont rares. Beaucoup de modélisation (des mathématiques pur avec de la recherche de minimisation de fonctions) de statistiques (regressions...) et des probabilités.

En réalité je suis dans une école d'ingénieur. Polytech Lyon qui est en partenariat avec l'université Lyon 1.
C'est une très bonne école avec un bon niveau de formation.
Difficile de se comparer avec les autres lorsque l'on a pas vécu ce qu'ils ont vécu. Selon moi il n'y a rien de négatif sur l'école. 
Je sens qu'à la fin de ma formation je serai apte à apporter du plus à n'importe qu'elle entreprise.
