it's okay, not as hard as I was thinking. there are small classes, a lot of group work. you have to come to the lessons. there is not so much liberty like in german universities, but that's okay

Final comments
If you're a student, you have to go abroad, you have to plan everything a little bit but it's a great experience and the best way to learn the language. You will become more independant and you learn a lot about yourself. Tip: Go a lot to the movies, afterwards stay in contact with some people to write Emails and letters, so you never forget the language... For your room or apartement you recieve money from the french governement, ask the student organisation AEMI, they help you. The first day you are in Metz you have to register in the office of the town, I forgot about this, but ask your tutor at your host university, it's important to go!!
