cheap flights from Brussel - even from 25 Euro, so it is better to travel by bus to Brussel from home Internet is cheaper inside libraries when you are signed in. Nearly every transport is usually a few min late.

i recommend travelling. the country is beautiful and it is not very expensive. good spots: Belfast, Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Cork, Galway, Cliffs of Moher etc.

Personal comments
Since English is my native tongue, it was a pretty easy adjustment for me. The Irish brogue was somewhat confusing at times, but it made the experience even better. I worked in a pub for a few months, and I occassionally confused orders because of the differences in language. I enjoyed my experiences very much.
