it has a good name in ireland so you might have a better chance of getting a job

Listen to students instead of ignoring them when it comes to complaints about teachers.

There was a big international community, with students from all over the world. The english spoked at lectures tend to avoid big accents. It took sometime to adjust to "irish-english". But it definitively wasnt a problem or a barrier.

I had the opportunity to learn the language of the country. At the beginnign it was quite difficult but thanks to my strong basic and grammar knowledge It became easy to talk to Irish, even with their strange pronunciation

Blackrock's campus it is a really nice place, comfortable, even if it's far from university and public transports in Dubline are quite expensive. It however offers the possibility to meet and socialize with a lot of people
