Final comments
Dublin is a wonderful city - it's young and the people are friendly. Don't forget your really, really warm clothes because that wind is bone-chilling.

Temple Bar is very populat for nightlife and nearby you can also find a lot of clubs which are open till late! We lived in Blackrock were we often went to the Wicked Wulf, a nice pub with sea view, and every thursday they have karaoke, which is a must if you go there!

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
I like being indipendent. As well as that, I'm already used with the place, I shouldn't have any problem of mooving from a place to another

Temple bar is the most amazing place to go out. There is one pub after the other. But Dublin also offers a lot of Clubs whith a great atmosphere ( Club M, Odeon, Howl at the moon,...) At Dawsen street there is a great Cafe called Cafe au Seine, which you must not miss

The real truth of on campus living

Overall
Where to start, how about the fact that the dryers hardly work, so I have a clothesline in my dorm room. I had to repair my own heat because maintenance never came out. I had to go buy a new light bulb for my room because again maintenance never came out. There is a nasty smell of mold in the rooms. Not to mention more issues in the common area. I'm overpaying in cost for the dorm it should be nothing by the way they upkeep it here.

The food at the school is subpar at best, I mean unless you REALLY love subs then you'll be upset to come here. There needs to be more places open on the weekends on campus, besides the Centra and Mickeys. I mean really? That's it, it's either those two areas on a weekend or you have to take a bus to just go get food.

I have no idea how anyone else thinks these dorms are the best-kept place in the world.

Careers
The career office really did not seem to have any idea of what was going on when I spoke to them. I speak English and they acted like they did not even understand a word I was saying.
