That there are many things to go visit on the outer skirts of town. That the weather isn't as bad as they say.

Final comments
When you first get to Huddersfield, get to know where you are in terms of geography, so you can move around to other places like York, in the weekends. Transportation is expensive, so invest in a month pass. Further, in the neighbouring town, Bradford, they serve the best Indian Curries.

As I have attended International schools prior to the University exchange programme, I do not feel that I needed to learn it better, but merely get to use English in the country where it is best spoken.

Was a great location, in the country side, very quiet. Only 10 mins away from the University. The rooms met the basic requirements, with good sanitary facilities.
