Spoilt for choice... Nightlife is best to explore with your friends.
There are some lovely old style English pubs if you look closely in the little alleys off the main shopping streets.
But most importantly do not miss the beautifull nature all around. The Dales, Peak and Lake distrikt etc.

At leeds, one has the option either for taught or research study depending on subject area. with the taught option, there is a lot of theory but it is quite comprehensive in scope and one is also introduced to industry software. A reasonable experience!!

There was a wide choice of accomodation each offering different things. Some dormatories were more social than others, some had kitchens, some were catered, etc. They met a bunch of different needs.
