Your Role And Responsibilities
If you're looking for your first job and want to learn firsthand how the job market works, the IBM Young Apprentice Program is your starting point! Here, you'll have the chance to develop skills, gain experience, and grow professionally in an environment that values learning and inclusion.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
* Be between 17 and 21 years old. (For people with disabilities, there is no maximum age limit.)
* Be enrolled in the final year of high school in a public school or be a 100% scholarship recipient in a private school. People who have already completed high school under these conditions can also participate.
* Not be currently enrolled in higher education.
* Have a low family income, as the program has a social character and seeks to promote the inclusion of young people in the job market.
* Never have participated as a Young Apprentice in another company.
* Be available to work from 9 am to 4 pm. If still attending high school, it is necessary to be enrolled in the evening shift
