YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
Throughout this apprenticeship, you will support the Global Senior Manager Internal Communications in bringing Danone's culture, priorities, and people stories to life. You will learn to navigate a fast-paced communication environment and grow into a reliable partner for global stakeholders across multiple regions.
Your manager will guide you through your day-to-day responsibilities and help you develop strong communication, coordination, and editorial skills.
* 40% - Internal Communication Support: Contribute to the development and rollout of internal communication plans that strengthen engagement, pride, and connection among Danoners. Help produce communication materials such as articles, videos, posters, toolkits, and leadership messages. Bring creative ideas and support the design of new content formats, messaging pillars, and channel usage.
* 25% - Content Creation & Editorial Activities. Draft and edit content for Danone's internal platforms (MyDanone, e-newsletters, VivaEngage, internal presentations, etc.). Assist in preparing executive messages, internal announcements, and communication updates under the supervision of your manager. Collect stories, local activations, and people insights from business units to amplify across global channels.
* 20% - Cross-Functional & Special Projects. Collaborate with HR, social innovation teams, external comms, and market stakeholders to support cultural, people, and impact-related initiatives. Contribute to transversal projects that may arise during the apprenticeship depending on business priorities.
* 10% - Events & Activation Support. Help organise and coordinate major internal events (e.g., Danone Day), ensuring alignment with global messaging and culture initiatives. Support the creation of event-related materials such as agendas, briefs, visual assets, recaps, or toolkits. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and strong internal engagement.
* 5% - Measurement & Insights. Assist in monitoring communication performance using analytics, engagement metrics, and qualitative feedback. Help benchmark communication best practices and identify new trends to inspire the team and improve future activations.

For this position, we are looking for someone:
* Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, HR, Business, or a related field
* Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Creative, curious, and eager to learn
* Proactive and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Genuine interest in corporate culture, sustainability, social impact, and people-focused topics
* Positive and collaborative mindset
