Job Description

You are joining our Global Markets Operations (GMO) team, within the Business Management department, which is looking for a Financial Steering Officer for a 2-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026. This team is responsible for budget steering and resource monitoring.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* GMO Budget Allocation: Calculation of analytical keys, discussions with Finance and Front Office, budget preparation;
* Bank & Custody Fees Allocation: Calculation of analytical keys, expenditure steering, etc.;
* Monitoring of internal/external FTEs in Paris and Worldwide in relation to the budget;
* Creation and monitoring of KPIs;
* Contribution to projects for deploying new tools or methodologies.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in audit/control/banking/insurance/risk management. You have operational skills in terms of databases (Excel - knowledge of Macro/VBA would be a plus). You possess strong writing skills and a good capacity for synthesis. You are recognized for your rigor and your listening skills. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
