Job Description

You will join the Regulatory team, which is seeking a Legal Counsel for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring proactive regulatory monitoring: Proactively identify and monitor relevant evolutions in European and French regulations impacting the asset management sector and financial market participants, thereby ensuring the organization's information and compliance.
* Analyzing and coordinating issues: Analyze texts, whether draft or final, assess emerging regulatory issues and their potential impacts, while participating in industry discussions and leading internal expert communities to gather key perspectives and anticipate developments.
* Communicating and supporting change: Synthesize and participate in all communication channels to advise and convey regulatory challenges to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and facilitating informed decision-making.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+5 level student, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in law or political science (business law, financial law, international law, public affairs).

You have knowledge of financial markets and asset management.

You possess excellent writing, interpersonal, and synthesis skills.

You are organized, curious, and dynamic.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
