This exciting program is designed to built the foundational skills for sales roles to begin a Salesforce Sales careers.
Our Apprenticeship program is a fully immersive experience, combining comprehensive learning paths with in-role experience. You will be assigned experienced Sales manager who will provide hands-on coaching.

What will you be doing ?
* Content & Resource Creation: Assist in developing and updating enablement materials, including training playbooks, internal newsletters, video summaries, and interactive learning modules on Trailhead.
* Program Coordination: Support the logistics and execution of sales training workshops, bootcamps, and virtual learning events (scheduling, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback).
* Data & Analytics: Maintain and analyze enablement dashboards using Salesforce tools to track seller engagement, course completion rates, and the overall ROI of our programs.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and Operations to ensure our sales teams have the most up-to-date resources on our latest AI and CRM innovations.
* Community Engagement: Help manage internal Slack channels and communication portals to keep our global sales community informed and engaged.
* AI & Process : Support the identification and implementation of AI-powered tools and automation opportunities to streamline enablement processes, enhance training delivery, and improve the overall experience for sales teams.

* Coordination de programmes : Assurer la logistique et le déploiement des ateliers de formation commerciale, des bootcamps et des événements d'apprentissage virtuels (planification, suivi des présences et collecte des feedbacks).
* Données & Analyses : Mettre à jour et analyser les tableaux de bord d'enablement à l'aide des outils Salesforce pour suivre l'engagement des commerciaux, les taux de complétion des cours et le ROI global de nos programmes.
* Collaboration transversale : Collaborer avec la direction commerciale (Sales Leadership), le Marketing Produit et les Opérations pour s'assurer que nos équipes de vente disposent des ressources les plus à jour concernant nos dernières innovations CRM et IA.
* Animation de la communauté : Contribuer à la gestion des canaux Slack internes et des portails de communication afin de maintenir notre communauté commerciale mondiale informée et engagée.
