Apprentice Optometrist

Beschreibung:

Responsible for delivering on-site vision screening, refraction, and contact lens fitting as part of the corporate activation program. The role focuses on driving contact lens trials, patient education, and supporting conversion, ensuring a high-quality clinical experience for consumers while contributing to overall program effectiveness.

Major Activities

Conduct vision screening using appropriate equipments.

Perform objective and subjective refraction to determine and finalize accurate prescriptions.

Assess contact lens suitability and recommend appropriate solutions.

Execute contact lens fitting and trial process, including lens selection and fitting, comfort evaluation, visual acuity assessment and trial kit handover.

Provide comprehensive patient education, including Do's and Don'ts of contact lens usage, hygiene and maintenance practices, application and removal techniques.

Deliver pre- and post-fitting counselling to build consumer confidence, especially for first-time users.

Address patient queries and concerns to support contact lens adoption and retention.

Collaborate with promoters and ECPs to ensure a seamless consumer journey.
