Your key responsibilities:
* Create and monitor tolling orders, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery
* Manage the day-to-day relationship with our tolling partner to secure smooth operations
* Create and oversee internal Process Orders to support our manufacturing activities
* Confirm product availability and provide timely updates to the Customer Experience team
* Actively participate in the S&OP process to align demand, supply, and capacity
* Develop and maintain KPIs, reports, and analytical tools that enable effective decision-making and drive continuous improvement

You bring:
* Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to manage daily operational activities with consistency and reliability
* Proven capacity to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong team player with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; French is a strong plus
* Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or Kinaxis is considered an advantage
