Summary

Join the team as a Sales Assistant under a one-year Contrato Formativo to support sales growth and represent the brand at El Corte Ingles Castellana in Madrid. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, developing client relationships, and supporting store operations while embodying the Maison values.

Responsibilities

* Achieve sales objectives using effective selling techniques
* Demonstrate product expertise and engage clients with product stories
* Track daily objectives and key performance indicators
* Identify customer needs and recommend products including add-on sales
* Deliver a high-quality retail ceremony and exceptional customer service
* Manage customer database and clienteling activities
* Develop and maintain local and international client book
* Support back-office tasks including product reception and stock updates
* Prepare product packaging and delivery essentialsRequirements

* Eligible for a Contrato Formativo para la Obtención de la Práctica Profesional
* Preferred 1 or 2 years experience in fashion or luxury boutiques
* Knowledge of selling techniques
* Fluent English
* Basic digital skills including Office 360
* Ambition to grow in luxury retail and take on new responsibilities
* Positive, team oriented and flexible attitude
* Strong communication, empathy, and time management skills
