Join our Nordic Marketing team in Copenhagen for a one-year graduate program. Work with our iconic beauty brands in the Professional Products Division, Kérastase, L'Oréal Professionnel, and Shu Uemura, gaining experience in marketing areas from analytics to content creation and project management. Develop your skills in stakeholder management and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced, international setting.

Your mission:
As a Graduate, you will be actively involved in various aspects of our team's mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
Claims & Scientific Strategy:
* Coordinate the end-to-end claims validation process in collaboration with scientific and legal teams for both e-retail and technical portfolios.
* Lead the SEO-optimization of product claims for hero franchises, leveraging consumer insights and competitive analysis.

Content & Consumer Engagement:
* Optimize website landing pages, ensure content excellence and approved claims across campaign windows.
* Support on content development and coordination with key e-retailers to enhance the consumer experience in B2C activations
* Coordinate the end to end PDP process of e-retailers.
* Support on updating planograms for retailers

Product Launch & Performance:
* Ensure 100% on-time delivery of content assets and claim validations for product launches.
* Coordinate pricing availability and updates across internal catalogs and systems.
* Assist with market analysis and other ad-hoc tasks

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
* Assist in preparing insight-led presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Be a supportive voice for the channel and the brand internally, helping to communicate results and opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your will:
* Support the team on marketing projects and tasks, depending on business needs.
* Contribute to the development and execution of our marketing strategies.
* Assist in the creation of marketing materials and assets for different channels.
* Conduct analysis to identify insights upon request, or as part of your projects.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies
* Take ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating ambition and drive, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
* Present project updates and findings to the team.

You are…
* Graduated with a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication within a year
* Passionate about or experienced within the beauty or FMCG industry.
* An excellent communicator
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
* Highly organized, possessing strong skills in coordination, planning, prioritization, communication, and time management.
* Detail-oriented with a structured and organized approach to your work.
* Be able to handle several task simultaneously - we have a lot of project in the making at the same time
* Be curious, creative and eager to learn
