Graduate Trainee (Associate Scientist), Nutrition Science

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Function:
* Work under guidance of Senior Scientist(s) to synthesize scientific evidence, strategize scientific communications, and provide brand support for the pediatric brands

Major Responsibilities:
* Conduct literature reviews and summarize data and insights to help identify knowledge gaps and address scientific questions
* Support the development of communication materials for consumers and healthcare professionals
* Support the development and preparation of substantiation for product claims
* Analyze the competitive landscape and provide appropriate updates and recommendations
* Manage internal knowledge databases
* Propose and implement methods to improve workflow and processes
* Assist in selected nutrition research projects

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in a related field such as Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Sciences, or Public Health
* Prior internship experience in Nutrition/Clinical Science
* Basic knowledge in food and nutritional sciences, with basic understanding of statistics
* Strong technical writing skills
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
* Competent in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with PowerBI and data analytics is an advantage
