Logitech is looking for a high-potential Management Trainee to be based in our Taiwan office. This is a fast track program for graduate growth. Logitech's MT Program is a career accelerator designed for those who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way. Unlike traditional internships, you sign an official contract from day one. Upon successful graduation and performance evaluation, you will transition into a permanent role within our marketing or sales organization.

Program details:

Joining Logitech's Management Trainee Program, you will have multi-department and team rotation within sales & marketing.
You will also have the opportunities to work & learn from the core business operations.
After the interview, the contract is signed directly and the program starts, and after graduation, you will become an official Logitech employee.
The final working department will be decided after performance evaluation.

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above, no major preference
* Curiosity for new things, passion to become a Marketing/Sales Expert
* Good written and oral English, skilled in Office software
* Detail oriented, down to earth, teamwork and certain organizational leadership
* Passion to Win
* Excellent learning ability, analysis skills, good at communication, negotiation and problem solving
* IT or technology industry, or market-related internships/work experience is preferred
