ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting key people initiatives and contributing to the employee experience across the organization.
* Support recruitment and onboarding activities for interns, graduates, and experienced hires
* Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, learning sessions, and HR events
* Support HR operations including employee documentation, contracts, and database management
* Collect and analyze HR data and insights to support decision-making and reporting
* Contribute to talent development and employer branding initiatives
* Collaborate with different departments to support business and people priorities
* Assist in implementing HR projects and initiatives across multiple functions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Confident in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate an ability to work in a multicultural and multi-functional environment
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
* Passionate about people, talent development, and organizational culture
* Fluent in English and Arabic languages
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS
* You must be in your final year of university or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years)
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
* Available for a full-time 9-12 months assignment
