* Participate in large global programs which help High-Tech Clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for Growth & High Performance.

Analyst

❗️ Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements

* 🎓 Completed degree studies (e.g., Business Administration, Digital Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
* 📅 2-4 years of work experience. At least 1 year of experience in CMT companies.
* 📊 Advanced Excel skills.
* 📈 Knowledge in Project Management / PMO.
* 📊 Experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
* 🇬🇧 Advanced English (written and spoken).
* 📈Solid understanding of basic financial statements - Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows; college-level accounting concepts, financial ratios.

Desirable Requirements

* 🔄 Experience in transformation-related projects.
* 📊 Experience in Marketing, Go-To-Market, or Sales Operations.
* 🗺 Experience in process design, mapping, and improvement.
* 🧠 Experience in management consulting.
* 📊 Experience preparing reports (e.g., Sales Pipeline Analysis, Operations, Sales Flow, ADM Staff Management).
* 🌀 Knowledge of Agile methodology (Jira, Jira Align, Scrum).
* 🔄 Experience in Change Management.
* 🧩 Familiarity with VRO (Value Realization Office).
