Chapter Lead for Test Coordination

As the Chapter Lead for Test Coordination UAT at Allianz, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing a team of UAT professionals within the Benelux team, while driving excellence in test coordination across the organization. You will oversee resource allocation, address skill gaps, and ensure alignment with the staffing needs of the central portfolio management team and stakeholders.

In addition to being a people manager, you will act as a delivery expert, coordinating end-to-end UAT planning and execution, establishing reporting frameworks, and ensuring that deliverables meet organizational standards. This role is ideal for a strong leader with expertise in test management, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for fostering professional growth within teams.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment, coaching, development, and performance of chapter members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Benelux team.
* Coordinate UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT delivery teams, ensuring clear test scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
* Establish and maintain UAT reporting frameworks, including dashboards, defect tracking, and go/no-go readiness assessments.
* Address skill gaps within the chapter, aligning expertise with organizational needs and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
* Define standards and best practices for UAT test coordination, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the chapter.
* Oversee vendor management activities, including performance monitoring and financial aspects of contractors.

Your Profile
You are an experienced leader with a strong background in test management and people development. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel in managing teams and stakeholders.

Required Experience
* Proven expertise in people management and stakeholder engagement, including board-level interactions.
* Strong leadership ability to translate strategic goals into tangible outcomes.
* Experience working within Agile/SAFe methodologies in a chapter/tribe organizational model.
* Background in the insurance or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
* Certified professional in ISTQB or TMAP, with experience in test management.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
