HR Peoplesoft Application Engineer Team: IT HR \ Worker & Payroll Team Join us to operate and evolve a business-critical HR platform supporting the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding to payroll and time management. As a PeopleSoft Application Engineer, you ensure the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our Oracle PeopleSoft environment, at the heart of our HR ecosystem. Your Role You act as a key technical owner, combining application expertise, operational excellence, and business understanding: Run & Reliability Ensure stability, availability, and performance of the PeopleSoft platform Resolve incidents end-to-end across application, interfaces, and infrastructure Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement Change & Evolution Analyze HR needs and deliver enhancements using PeopleSoft (PeopleTools, Integration Broker, etc.) Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business processes Security & Compliance Apply secure-by-design principles (access control, data protection, segregation of duties) Ensure full traceability of changes and activities to meet audit and regulatory requirements Integration & Data Manage interfaces with payroll, time tracking, and other systems Guarantee data consistency and reliability across the HR landscape Your Profile Solid experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (HR domain is a strong plus) Strong technical skills (PeopleTools, SQL, integrations) Ability to troubleshoot across application and infrastructure layers Understanding of HR processes and data flows Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset AXA aims to be a reflection of the diverse society in which we live and has therefore been pursuing a policy of active diversity, non-discrimination, and equal opportunities for many years.
