Job Purpose

Supports the operations and objectives of the operational department using applicable methods, procedures and tools

Job Description

* Analyzes systems and reviews production work orders to check accuracy and feasibility
* Resolves level 1 incidents related to production and implements changes and improvement plans in accordance with procedures, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
* Monitors quality and performance levels defined in the Service Level Agreements and produces KPIs reports, as required
* Adapts own work plan in the light of operating experience to realize Standards Level Agreements
* Maintains operational documentation and procedures
* Contributes to improving the design, delivery and support of IT services
* Understands priorities related to the work being performed as well as the impact on the organization

You are meant for this job if:

* Bachelor's degree in IT and relatives
* Solid analytical and problem solving skills
* Good understanding of information systems
* Strong team spirit
* Accuracy and attention to detail important

* Fluent in english
