Join our dynamic team as an HR Business Partner Manager and be the catalyst for transformative people solutions that drive business success! We're looking for a strategic HR leader who can build strong partnerships and deliver exceptional employee experiences.

What will you do:
* Partner directly with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive performance
* Lead complex organizational initiatives including talent management, succession planning, and change management programs
* Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices while managing sensitive employee relations matters
* Design and deliver innovative HR solutions that enhance employee engagement and cultural transformation
* Collaborate with HR Operations and Solutions teams to implement programs that create measurable business impact
