As a Modern Trade Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the execution, analysis, and continuous development of the modern trade channel across Central America. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of commercial strategies, effective management of promotional investments, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic regional environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and execution of commercial strategies for the modern trade channel across Central America, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Sales Execution, Regulatory) and external partners (distributors and key clients) to ensure timely and effective execution of plans.
* Manage and control all channel-related data (sell-out, consumption, performance metrics), ensuring accuracy, integrity, and availability for decision-making.
* Plan, track, and optimize promotional investments, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment (ROI).
* Conduct Pre-ROI and Post-ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and support data-driven recommendations.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
* Support the development and execution of category strategies, including product launches and assortment (modulars) in key customers.
* Prepare and deliver business presentations for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights on performance and strategic opportunities.
* Track progress against quarterly targets, ensuring visibility on achievements, gaps, and action plans.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in sales, commercial roles, or business development.
* Experience in commercial roles or CPFR processes with Walmart is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with experience managing and interpreting commercial data.
* Advanced Excel skills; ability to manage large datasets and generate insights.
* Experience working with modern trade customers or retail environments is a strong plus.
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* High level of commercial acumen and business understanding.
