At Maersk, our Investor Relations (IR) team plays a critical role in connecting the business with the global investor community. We translate performance into clear, compelling narratives-ensuring transparency, building trust, and supporting informed decision-making.
We are now looking for an Investor Relations Analyst & Coordinator to join the team in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and communication, supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to how Maersk engages with investors and the market.
What you'll be doing
This is a role combining execution excellence, analytical support, and stakeholder coordination.
Support investor interactions & events
* Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and senior leadership calendars
* Manage travel logistics, scheduling, and meeting preparation
* Ensure seamless execution of key events including results presentations, Capital Markets Day, and investor webinars
* Support meeting preparation and follow-up, including briefing materials and insights
Contribute to investor materials & communications
* Support the preparation of investor presentations, results materials, and briefing packs
* Draft charts, tables, and ensure high-quality formatting and consistency
* Contribute to Q&A preparation and supporting documentation
* Maintain and update the Investor Relations website and materials
Provide financial and market insights
* Support analysis of financial performance, including peer benchmarking and market trends
* Track share price performance and analyst consensus
* Contribute to investor targeting and profiling using CRM tools and external sources
* Maintain accurate investor records and distribution lists
Support day-to-day IR operations
* Manage the IR inbox and coordinate responses to internal and external queries
* Partner closely with Finance, Communications, and Executive stakeholders
* Provide general coordination and analytical support across the IR team
Who we're looking for?
We're looking for a high-potential early-career professional who combines strong organisation skills with curiosity for finance and capital markets.
NB: This is an office-based role, requiring on-site presence five days per week at the advertised location
Key requirements
* 2-4 years of experience in a corporate, finance, consulting, or similar environment
* Experience balancing coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical work
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
* Interest in financial performance, markets, and how companies communicate with investors
Nice to have
* Exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or corporate finance (e.g. FP&A, consulting, audit)
* Experience in a listed company or Investor Relations environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
Education
* Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
