Your Role:
As a "co-pilot" for program and project managers, you will shape project controlling and contribute to mastering the increasingly complex project landscape. Together with the product team, you will drive the development and industrialization of highly complex systems for semiconductor manufacturing. You will support short-term and long-term planning processes (deadlines, resources, costs). You will coach new project managers in the specific project management procedures of the product area. You will provide and further develop structures, methods, and tools for project management. You will take on operational project management tasks: from proactively creating meaningful target-plan-actual analyses, including their interpretation, to independently managing sub-projects. You will manage work packages and external contractors for project reporting and the IT tools used.

Your Profile:
A completed university degree in natural sciences or engineering, ideally in industrial engineering Existing experience in project management or even demonstrable project management competence, e.g., through IPMA or PM certification Very good IT skills in the Microsoft Office environment, including MS SharePoint Proven experience in teamwork, especially in proactively gathering information from other team members and project stakeholders The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, particularly in presenting information in presentations and charts You are motivated, pragmatic, and proactive.
