Job Description:
* Support the Country Manager in localizing content and marketing campaigns to ensure our global strategy resonates with the French-speaking markets
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, customer service, and marketing
* Translation of various texts from English into French (e.g. sales campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, fashion content, marketing materials)
* Competitor monitoring (track sale campaigns, collaborations with celebrities and influencers, newsletter and push notifications strategy, services)
* Quality assurance (scripted and exploratory bug testing of the app, desktop, and mobile shops)
* Managing daily operations and monitoring KPIs for AY's French shops
* Market analyses and development
Qualifications:
* Work experience in business development, project management, customer service or logistics is a plus
* Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
* Native speaker competence in French (oral & written)
* Fluency in English and Basic German (oral & written)
* Good communication skills
