Job Description:

* Manage and grow existing client relationships while acquiring new partners in the Retail Media business
* Advise clients on Retail Media solutions and plan, present, and execute marketing campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content
* Plan, coordinate, and manage campaigns in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and identify optimization opportunities
* Take ownership of internal controlling topics, including revenue reporting, performance analysis, and monthly billing processes
* Support the continuous improvement and automation of internal controlling processes

Qualifications:

* Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field
* 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, CRM, Sales, Project Management, or Commercial Controlling, ideally within an e-commerce environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
* Hands-on, solution-oriented approach and a proactive way of working
