What you'll build

As a working student (f/m/d) in the global P&C Business Partner team for the Board Area Customer Value Group your main tasks will be to:

* Actively support the P&C Business Partner & PMO in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks (e. g. organizational changes) and the execution of core HR processes (e. g. talent management processes, employee surveys)

* Pull and analyze HR reports to different KPIs (e. g. career level or regional distribution)

* Be actively involved in project work (e. g. reorganizations)

* Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops

* Research and various strategic HR topics (e.g. organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of HR

What you bring

* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

* Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related

* Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word

* Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German

* Soft skills:

* Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work

* Independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation

* Others: Reliability

* Working from the office in Walldorf or St. Leon-Rot is required once to twice a week
