YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Store manager, you will be a model in terms of sales, customer experience and loyalty, spending most of your time on the shop floor. You will promote the brand's culture and values in its daily environment as well as a talent hunter, people manager and a skills developer.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS EDUCATION : Business School, University or "equivalent experience" EXPERIENCE: Retail experience required Experience in luxury/fashion business required COMPETENCIES: Strong business sense and ability to drive results Product and fashion sensitivity Proven ability to manage large teams, strong leadership High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty Strong communication skills Organizational skills, sense of priorities and agility Talent for coaching and developing a team Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented, highly organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays LANGUAGES: Fluency in German and English is a must.
