​YOUR ROLE

Would you like to help shape the wellbeing of people at work? Do you enjoy creating excellent service experiences and developing them into outstanding customer journeys?

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our customer service team on a part-time and fixed-term contract covering parental leave and high season. In this role you will handle inquiries from Edenred's corporate customers, primarily by phone and email.

Key responsibilities:

* Ensure smooth, reliable service via phone and electronic channels during customer service opening hours
* Deliver high quality, efficient customer service in line with set targets
* Add value to our customer groups and encourage the use of self-service channels
* Identify cross-sell opportunities according to targets

In this role and as part of the customer care team you will directly shape our customer experiences. Our mission is to build wellbeing in Finnish working life through our services. You will greet every customer warmly, listen and assess their needs, and recommend the most suitable solutions with your expertise.

YOUR PROFILE

You have previous experience in customer service and can effortlessly communicate with both customers and colleagues, switching fluently between Finnish and English. You are a natural team player, eager to support your coworkers, and you're not afraid to ask questions or propose new and different ideas when you see opportunities for improvement.

You will thrive in this role if you:

* Have a strong customer-oriented mindset, are goal-driven, and maintain an open, solution-focused attitude
* Quickly learn and confidently use multiple systems in your daily work
* Communicate clearly and fluently in both Finnish and English
* Are proactive, flexible, and responsible, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
* Build trust easily with customers and colleagues
* Are comfortable working in a sometimes fast-paced environment
* Are motivated to discover new ways to meet customer needs
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus

You will report to the Head of Customer Care and be part of our Customer Care team, while working closely with a diverse community of professionals across various teams in our small but dynamic organization.

EXPECTED START DATE

We will be reviewing applications during week 30 and will fill the position as soon as the right candidate is found. More important than a certain starting date is to find the right person for the team.

OTHER DETAILS

This is a fixed-term position covering parental leave and high season until the end of March 2027. This is a part-time position (40%), meaning you will work two days a week. Details regarding compensation will be discussed during the interview process. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including lunch, sports and culture benefits, massage, wellbeing and transport benefits as well as comprehensive health insurance.
